XO javascript library
Ever since finding it, I've been a huge fan of John Resig's salient creation, jQuery. But as a curious developer, how close would I get if I gave it a little time and not ripped everything off? Not very it seems, but it's not a worthless effort. More about conclusions, and source, can be found on the XO project page.
botzilla
botzilla is an IRC bot written in PHP, whose source is freely available. There's an easy plugin system for extending your bot's personality using a common API. Details, examples, and many plugins are available on the botzilla project page

Badmin
Meant to be an alternative to phpMyAdmin, this util does some neat things like click-and-replace and link data between tables. It's been rewritten a number of times, and was never really "finished". More on the badmin project.
Color Conversions
My color project page has some scripts for PHP and javascript to do Hex, RGB, HSL, and named color conversions and transformations quickly and easily.
Tpl
A really simple template parsing class. Nothing too complicated (or feature rich for that matter).
